Cadbury College

Cadbury College offers a wealth of trips ranging from the local Cadburys chocolate factory to adventurous, overseas residential. The online management benefits all levels of staff. Management have a clear overview of all trips, visibility of staff out on trips and that they have the relevant experience and training. The Finance department are able to view costs as an overall or see cost breakdowns by trip. Staff can forward plan their trips online, completing only the ‘necessary’ forms for the type of trip they are running,

Taking away the paperwork has reduced the workload on both management, tutors and administrators from the initial planning of a trip through to the final consent giving the go ahead.

Withington Girls School

Challenge – Wanted a solution to replace their cumbersome paper-based trip planning procedures and documents.

Nicky Timms, Educational Visits Coordinator at Ashford School commented “We found that although our paper based system worked, it was time consuming to complete, we had to wait for signatures on documents and had problems tracking paperwork as it moved around the school. We also felt that there was an inconsistent approach to planning trips”.
